What are credits?
Credits are consumed each time you use AI features — chat, blueprint generation, code building, and more. Different actions cost different amounts. A simple chat costs 10 credits; complex tasks like code generation cost 50-150 credits.
When do credits refresh?
Free and Starter credits refresh every 14 days. Pro credits refresh weekly. Max credits refresh every 6 hours.
Can I bring my own API keys?
Yes. Starter and above can connect their own API keys for Anthropic, Google Gemini, OpenAI, and more — bypassing the credit system entirely for those models.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. You can request a full refund within 7 days of payment. If credits have been used, the refund will be prorated. See our Refund Policy for details.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime from your account settings in the BlueForge app. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.
