Terms of Service

1. Purpose

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the BlueForge service ("Service") provided by ROMI KOREA Co., Ltd. ("Company") and establish the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Company and its users ("Users").

2. Definitions

1. "Service" refers to the AI-powered software development environment platform (BlueForge), including the desktop application and web services.
2. "User" refers to any person who uses the Service in accordance with these Terms.
3. "Paid Service" refers to subscription plans (Starter, Pro, Enterprise) offered for a fee.
4. "Credits" refers to usage units consumed when using AI features within the Service.
5. "Member" refers to a person who has registered an account with the Company.

3. Effectiveness and Modification

1. These Terms take effect when posted on the Service or otherwise communicated to Users.
2. The Company may revise these Terms within the scope permitted by applicable laws.
3. Changes will be announced at least 7 days prior to their effective date via in-service notifications.
4. Users who do not agree to the revised Terms may discontinue use and delete their account.

4. Service Description

The Company provides the following services:

1. AI Discovery Interview: AI-powered project requirements analysis
2. Auto Blueprint: Automated project architecture design
3. Build Studio: AI code generation, build, and test environment
4. Auto Verification: AI-powered automatic verification and code review
5. Additional services developed and provided by the Company

5. Account Registration

1. A service agreement is formed when the User agrees to these Terms, applies for membership, and the Company approves the application.
2. The Company may refuse or revoke registration in the following cases:
   • Using another person's information
   • Providing false information
   • Violating these Terms of Service

6. Paid Services and Payment

1. Paid Services are provided on a monthly subscription basis.
2. Available plans and pricing:

3. Payment is processed via credit card, simple payment methods, or other payment methods provided by the Company.
4. Subscriptions automatically renew monthly under the same terms unless cancelled by the User.

7. Refunds and Cancellation

1. Users may request a refund within 7 days of the payment date.
2. If credits have been used during this period, the refund amount will be calculated by deducting the value of used credits.
3. Refund requests can be made via email (sangky94@gmail.com) or in-app settings.
4. Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days.

8. User Obligations

1. Users shall not engage in the following activities:
   • Identity theft or impersonation
   • Disrupting the stable operation of the Service
   • Developing illegal software using the Service
   • Transferring or gifting service access or contractual status to others
   • Any other activities violating applicable laws

9. Company Obligations

1. The Company shall comply with applicable laws and these Terms, and endeavor to provide stable service.
2. The Company shall protect Users' personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
3. The Company shall make best efforts to restore service promptly in case of disruption.

10. Service Changes and Suspension

1. The Company may modify or discontinue the Service with prior notice.
2. The Service may be restricted or suspended in the following cases:
   • Maintenance, inspection, replacement, or failure of service equipment
   • Service interruption by telecommunications providers
   • Force majeure events such as natural disasters or national emergencies

11. Disclaimer

1. The Company is not responsible for any revenue Users fail to earn or lose through the use of the Service.
2. The Company does not guarantee code, output, or other results generated through the Service.
3. Users are ultimately responsible for verifying the accuracy, completeness, and legality of AI-generated outputs.

12. Dispute Resolution

1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
2. The Seoul Central District Court shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from the use of the Service.

Supplementary Provisions

These Terms are effective as of March 24, 2026.
