Refund Policy

ROMI KOREA Co., Ltd. ("Company") operates the following refund policy in accordance with the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce.

Summary: Full refund available within 7 days of payment if no credits have been used. Contact sangky94@gmail.com or use in-app settings to request a refund.

1. Refund Eligibility Period

  1. Users may withdraw and request a refund within 7 days of the payment date.
  2. Refunds are generally not available after this 7-day period.
  3. Exceptions: If the Service was unavailable due to the Company's fault, refunds will be processed regardless of the time period.

3. How to Request a Refund

  1. Email: Send to sangky94@gmail.com with subject "[Refund Request]" including your registered email, payment date, and reason.
  2. Phone: +82-10-2932-2888 (Weekdays 10:00-18:00 KST)
  3. In-App: Settings > Account & Billing > Cancel Subscription

4. Refund Processing Time

  1. Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of the request.
  2. For credit card payments, an additional 2-3 days may be required depending on the card issuer.
  3. A confirmation email will be sent upon completion.

5. Subscription Cancellation

  1. Users may cancel their subscription at any time.
  2. Upon cancellation, the paid service remains available until the end of the current billing period.
  3. After the billing period ends, the account automatically converts to the Free plan.
  4. Existing project data is not deleted upon cancellation, but Free plan restrictions will apply.

6. Non-Refundable Cases

  1. More than 7 days after payment (unless Company is at fault)
  2. Service restriction due to User's violation of Terms
  3. Free credits or services provided through events or promotions

7. Plan Changes

  1. Upgrade: Takes effect immediately; prorated difference is charged.
  2. Downgrade: Takes effect at the start of the next billing cycle.

8. Dispute Resolution

Refund disputes are subject to the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce and Consumer Dispute Resolution Standards. If resolution is difficult, you may file a complaint with:
